Working with first team management and scouts to structure our recruitment process.Created a bespoke player rating system which combines data, video and live scouting scores in order to gain a full perspective of a player’s attributes. These scores are weighted to our positional player profiles to give us the best fit for our approach at Stirling. This system is now used as the starting point for recruitment at the club.
