      Master Thesis Project (60 credits)The objective is to support current research and understanding of a new CVD approach to form metallic thin films by using plasma electrons to reduce metallocene precursors. Computational methods are used to compute and simulate the precursors and thin films' gas phase and surface chemistry. The project is executed in consultation with two research groups at Linköping University.
