  City Rail Link (CRL) Programme Director

  I’m responsible for leading KiwiRail’s engagement in NZ largest Construction project ($5.5 billion) the City Rail Link (CRL) Project. My role requires me to provide strategic and operational leadership and governance across three major focus areas1. Leading KiwiRail’s CRL Interface team responsible for managing all of KiwiRail’s involvement in the CRL project covering design assurance, system engineering, safety assurance, construction assurance through testing, commissioning and system integration to asset and property take-over and ownership.2. Leading KiwiRail’s CRL Delivery team responsible for undertaking construction projects to enhance and upgrade several stations across the Auckland Metro as part of the CRL enable works programme.3. Leading CRL's input workstream to inform KiwiRail’s internal business units so they can plan, prepare and ready themselves to takeover and amalgamate CRL assets into the Auckland Rail Network as well as deliver the new asset management, maintenance regime and operating model for the Auckland Rail Network.
