  As the Chief Operating Officer, I oversee operational procedures and provide operational support across the company and all affiliated schools. Some of my current duties include but are not limited to: assisting schools to operate in best manner to promote quality, profitability, and satisfaction of staff, owners and franchisees;ensure compliance with the company's Operations Manual and conduct frequent school observations and annual quality assurance reviews of all schools; review and make revisions to operational policies and documents as directed; support franchisees and corporate area managers in all areas of operation; travel onsite to new schools during launch of pre-enrollment campaign to facilitate pre-enrollment process; travel onsite to new schools to facilitate operational training, including staff training and week one of operations; handle disputes and formal complaints from school families and staff; and supervise Corporate-owned school leadership. I am a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association and attended the IFA Convention 2 years in a row. I have a deep passion for our schools and am very dedicated to the families, children, and staff within the company. Some of my duties included the following: corporate and franchise school locations support, pre-enrollment training, social media, future market area research, employee support, community outreach and involvement, and building relationships with other local businesses. On a daily basis, I work aside the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Accounting Executive of the Company.
