      Army Acheivment Medal US Army Mar 2015 Since January SPC Roberts performed above and beyond the call of duty. He was on over 50 missions that were assigned to India Company, Distro Platoon from 05 January to 23 March 2015. SPC Roberts performed missions through all hours of the night in all weather conditions without incident or accident, he never hesistated or complained. He is an exemplary Soldier with an incredible work ethic.

His work ethics, and perfect accountability allowed him to pass every MIP inspection from June 2013 to August 2015 during which zero deficiencies were found throughout the arms room inspections. Specialist Roberts was directly responsible for 66 M4 rifles, 17 M9 Pistols, 11 M249's, and 6 240B, and 13 M2 .50 cal, and 2 MK 19.-Specialist Roberts proved himself an untiring consistent leader, and a true workhorse… Show more -Specialist Roberts was selected over 218 Soldiers to be the Company Armor. He participated in 2 Gunnery exercises from January 2013 though February 2014. He also transported over 200 infantry soldiers during the Vanguard Focus Training in March 2015. Specialist Roberts served as a the Environmental Compliance Officer on Multiple Gunnery locations, and completed more than 21 missions to l-30th IN in which he supervised the issuing and receiving of more than $19 ,000,000 worth of ammunition.-Specialist Roberts knowledge, professionalism, and expertise as a Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Operated allowed him to train six new Soldiers on the Palletized Load System (PLS), Load Handling System (LHS) and the Container Handling Unit. He has shown a level of leadershipduring training well above his rank. NCO's and Soldiers a like depend on his knowledge and expertise to assist on the platoon's mission's and ensure all missions were completed safely, without injury or loss of life, supplies or equipment.-Specialist Robert's attention to detail, pride, and enthusiasm, produced excellent results to the overall success of the Platoon's mission. His hard work, positive attitude toward his job and willingness to accept additional responsibilities were particularly noteworthy.
