I contributed to the development of "Premium Next," a new priority program targeting the wealthiest segments, launched in 2018.       My client portfolio at Deloitte consisted of investment firms, financial corporations, non-profits, and retail entities. In my projects where I served as Project Manager, I was responsible for the full audit delivery, client contact, reporting and project onboarding. I incorporated the use of new technology to improve efficiency and optimize the audit and quality assurance, as well as assisted clients in their journey to cloud. I always focused on building strong relations with clients and being a trusted advisor in optimizing audit strategy. Furthermore, I assisted in implementing the new audit system, Levvia, by facilitating related training workshops and serving as a superuser of the tool. This project was recognized as the primary driver for Deloitte's digitalization, standardization, and automation efforts. I also preferred to deploy data analytics and business intelligence (Power BI) tools within my audits to improve quality assurance and mitigate risks.
