  -Close Monitoring daily progress and keeping records of Coated Girth Weld.-Review of Videos and Manual Reports prior and after cleaning or coating of internal coated girth welds.-Coordinate closely with Executive and Safety Department to ensure work permits are obtained and Safety Procedures are followed.-Participate in Pre Job Conference and clarification about any confusion regarding paint specification, Painting Procedure and method statement.-Conducting receiving inspection of all paint materials including abrasives, paints and thinner, FBE Powder.-Checking and recording climate and surface conditions like humidity, due point, air temperature and metal temperature using hygrometer / digital elcometers to decide the job to proceed or not.-Inspection of Steel Substrates before and after Sand Blasting, measuring & recording of Blasting Profile wit Testex Tape and Dial Micrometer.-In process inspection of application of primer coat including checking wet film thickness, and after drying inspection and recording of dry film thickness.-In process and final inspection of intermediate and final coating applications.-Make sure that activities are being done according to Health, Safety and Environmental Specifications approved by international organization and client.-Conducting High Voltage Holiday Test, Adhesion and Curing Tests as per applicable Aramco/Client Standards.-Preparation of Quality Reports as per approved format from Client, and Hand Over to Client/Contractor QC after witness and their approval.-Also involved in implementation of ERP system regarding data requirements for Quality and Production.
