  I interned at Rosenblatt Securities during Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 in their Investment Banking group working on FinTech deals including Crypto, Digital Assets, and DeFi. (Rosenblatt is the largest floor broker on the New York Stock Exchange and a boutique investment bank based on 40 Wall Street, recognized worldwide for its focus on FinTech). The firm served as a Tier 1 co-manager on the Robinhood IPO, did a convertible debt offering for SoFi, and was a Capital Markets Advisor for Challenger Bank MoneyLion. I worked on three things at Rosenblatt:• Helped identify banking targets for M&A, Capital Raising, and IPOs• Worked with the team on thought leadership in the FinTech space including emerging technologies like Crypto, DeFi and Digital Assets• Assisted on live banking deals, conducting due diligence, creating CIMs, and the financial modelI co-authored multiple research reports (mentioned below) with the Banking MD and Director, and assisted with two webinars about the state of FinTech and Crypto/DeFi.Research reports: 1.
