Responsible for clean-up of over 240 oil and chemical spills, rescue of over 200 people and overseeing $20M+ re-build of 4 subordinate units.• Partnered with Customs and Border Patrol, Immigration Customs Enforcement, Houston Police, Harris County Sheriffs and Federal Bureau of Investigation to devise overreaching security plan for the Port of Houston.
