  Monitoring the Drilling Parameters of multiple drilling wells in the U.S and providing insights for optimizing the same to reduce NPT.Drilling Monitoring:- Real-time monitoring of 20+wells.- Real-time monitoring of drilling parameters & daily progress on rig site.- Provide a continuous record of drilling parameters & hydrocarbon shows.- Identify potential issues that could occur in order to reduce NPT.- Created models and visualizations of Torque and Drag models for clients' analysis and comparison of their Torque and Drag performances.- Used Tableau software for creating visualizations for PAD analysis/performance of oil & gas wells.- Ensure operations are performed in accordance with the drilling program & meet client standards.- Performed Data Quality Integration - monitored the quality of actual data incoming, managed data, troubleshot data, displayed correct data for analysis.- Performed Data Quality Control and Management using MongoDB and Excel.Reporting:- Attend daily meetings, provide the client with Morning reports & End of well reports.- Primary contact for Drilling Engineer/Supervisor & well site Geologist & reporting to them in written reports.- Alert the client/DE of operations (Connection alerts and ROP alerts) in real-time via email in report format.Other:- Analyzed KPIs and dashboards to identify potential issues that could occur in order to reduce NPT to save billions of dollars.- Quality control and Spot-checks of the team's work.- Use JIRA to create tickets and update the backlogs.- Configuring wells in system software (ProAct).- Prepare reports for clients.- Work closely with the team.
