      Administrative Assistant

      I started as a secretary in Smartech Oy. After acquisition in 1999 the company name changed to Synopsys Finland Oy and my title changed to Admisintrative Assistant. Main job was to be assistant for General Manager and take care of assistant services for ~40 persons. Job included overall office maintenance, support and administrative tasks like:• Travel arrangements, purchasing, co-ordination of events• Employee functions and benefits related matters• Internal communications (intranet etc.)The first one and half years the tasks included also invoicing, making payments and working with outsourced accounting services. Daily work included also communication with the mother company in the US and the other sites worldwide. I also run the employee satisfaction survey once a year (development, analysis and follow up of activities). I also gained experience in acquisition process and merger of two companies. My main achievements in this postion: well established assistant role, tasks and ways of working. Keeping up the good spirit and nice working environment by taking care of assigned tasks, arranging well organized parties and serving all with positive attitude. Show less

      In Solutions Manager role in Care Content Management I continued the support video work as a video domain owner, being the key contact for video related matters, concentrating on operational development and building stronger co-operation with vendors and internal stakeholders like regional Care teams and Nokia Design. I also worked with digital marketing, social media and online publishing teams.The main tasks were: • operational development• concept development with offering management• co-operation with stakeholders (internal and external) • solving problems and supporting operative project teamAchievment in the area of support videos: Nokia support video concept and process – got the new concept deployed and operations running in “business as usual” mode, got the most challenging production related problems solved and developed a production cycle for operations together with the internal team and video vendor.Latest responsibility area at Nokia Oyj since October 2013 was in project management domain and the tasks as Solution Manager have included e.g. process development and maintenance (process owner) as well as development of ways of working and the role of Project Manager together with operative line managers. Show less From 2008 till spring 2012 I managed user guidance documentation projects, delivering content for printed user guides found in the product sales packages, to in-device user guide/application, as well as for online support channels providing self-help for consumers. Main achievement as Project Manager for Nokia services (e.g. Maps, Music, Store, Ovi services at that time) – created and developed user guidance project management process and ways of working for services area in the time when all service product programs were not so well organized and it was a bit of a challenge to cater user guidance documentation for different stakeholders.Since April 2012 my responsibility area was consumer support video creation and delivering consumer support videos to YouTube channel. Nokia took a new support video concept in use during 2012 and my role was to take care of concept deployment to operative work. Tasks included e.g. instructing Controllers to use the new internal controls tools.Main achievements during the years 2007 and 2008 at Nokia Research Center are related to scorecard reporting – project reporting section development and deployment: creating instructions, training users to use new tools and managing user support so that it was possible to get reliable, up-to-date and high quality information to support management decisions etc. Another achiement being in the area of Nokia Research Center internal controls – renewal of SOX testing and reporting process and ensuring process deployment into the organization by training the controller team to use the tools and processes in their work.
