      As a QA Program Manager for a leading payment processing company I am responsible for leading Automation Implementations utilizing Tricentis Tosca and the QA CoE. I am responsible for staffing, strategy, timelines and issue resolution for all Automation projects. We have increased our Automation Coverage from less than 5% to over 40% using the Tosca tool in the last year. My team is responsible for the creation, maintenance, execution and strategy of over 10,000 Automated Test Cases. As leader of the QA CoE I am responsible for all QA processes, templates, metrics, governance and audits. Increased QA coverage of development teams from 60% to 90% of teams (80 person QA team) now with QA and grew the QA leads from one to seven.Provided leadership on the QA toolset including ALM, Rally and Tricentis Tosca. Lead tool integration efforts and best practices for use of the tools. Participated in enterprise wide QA assessment in an effort to begin the rollout of a standard QA toolset with automation to help drive the Agile Transformation.Implemented metrics and reports on transformation and automation to the executive committee.
