  Completed my final year research project under the supervision of Dr Tom Moore in the department of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at UCC.The title of the project was “The construction of a PSG9 expression vector with an IgG-1 Fc tag". A V5His tag was sucessfully deleted from the expression vector following extensive optimization of PCR conditions and subsequent sub-cloning of an Fc tag into the expression vector was initiated. This project also included a literature review on Pregnancy Specific Glycoproteins.Presented final work to classmates and members of the Biochemistry and Cell Biology Department. Show less
