(i.e.: Daily received cases, CFR cases, Monthly payment register, Finance payment register for previous day daily, Writer data monthly) Validate the documents received from MPH and raise call after calculation and termination process for further payout. Daily follow-up with MPH to fulfill CFR or any other pendency. Also publish weekly report for pending cases. Sending claim documents to writers (Includes data entry, bundle making, Sharing data with writer and coordination). Preparing and sending payout MIS to finance for previous day processing and share or send payment details and payout cheques with MPH after payment. Currently working on Outlook, CRM, Group Asia, Group CRM, Life Asia, Dynasty, Excel and word.
