      I led, trained, and supervised four Army Recruiting Companies in Cleveland, Ohio, Miami, FL, Jupiter, FL, and Atlanta, Georgia dispersed in an area spread over 5367 square miles with a population of 2,115,995; responsible for the health, safety, morale, and training of 43 Noncommissioned Officers; sets and enforces high standards on conduct, training, professional development and operations; plans and executes a battle-focused NCODP; controls and synchronizes facilities, equipment, and vehicles valued in excess of $51,000,000; assists the commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities that support the unit's mission; promotes community awareness and support for the Army and its recruiting goals. Assists in supervision of clerical and administrative matters; training functions and the employment of the command in garrison and in the field; logistic functions such as billeting, transportation, and messing; inspections and investigations; personnel management; and daily routine.
