I was in charge of the Operations Department and Public Safety Department, and I handled communications with national and local vendors and local HOA affiliates.Here's what I was up to:Managed everything from Operations to Public Safety, including a team of 16 and all vendor contracts. Kept operating costs in check at $1.5 million, not counting tenant buildouts or HOA projects. Took charge of Capital Projects, from start to finish, handling budgets, project plans, and delivery. We wrapped up around 5 big projects each year, covering everything from construction to technical stuff like fire panel and security system installations.
