  Automation of Ticket dump auditing • Developed an algorithm using natural language processing techniques to automate the auditing of tickets of incidents and service requests of client’s infrastructure into different categories there by reducing the manual labor and amount of time consumed. • Developed a web application for the same tool using flask framework (python) on the backend side and HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery on the frontend side. • Developed a user management system with admin having access to approve or disapprove the new user who signs up by maintaining the records of users and their privileges (normal or elevated user) using SQL database. • Developed a user interface where in user uploads an unaudited ticket dump (csv or excel) and then runs the program which gives the desired output in excel and different visualizations. • Developed tabular and graphical visualizations for the user to see the categories of different tickets based upon the classification by the tool.
