      Developed and implemented a performance-based energy management program for the State of Maine AMHI office buildings. The Project included over 1800 energy efficient lighting retrofits, steam trap replacements, DDC energy management systems to control the two largest buildings, as well as, hot water tank and piping insulation and other efficient systems. Developed and sold to the Portland YWCA an energy efficient project consisting of highly efficient boilers, an energy management system, delivered a payback of about 30 months. Developed and sold on-site cogeneration feasibility study to Osram Sylvania and energy efficient Lighting projects at St. Andrews Hospital and Parkveiw Hospital. Show less
