She started as the agency's ESL Instructor for its LINC Program and is now the agency's Acting CEO overseeing all funded program areas. She has extensive experience in the non -profit sector in the areas of program development, program design and implementation, proposal writing, contract management and reporting, as well as volunteer and human resources management.
