  New Oil Export Loading (NOEL) Pipeline Project: Successfully managed design and installation of a new 30-inch pipeline, Pipeline End Manifold and Single Point Mooring system. The selected route included a revamp onshore portion, a complex HDD shore approach and offshore pipelay.
