  As an information analist, my job consisted of translating legislation into logical models using the RuleManagementSuite tool. During my internship at RMG, I helped develop the language used to create these models. Other activities included the development of training materials for future data analists at RMG.

  https://www.uu.nl/en/education/learning-analytics As a researcher and lecturer, I work on projects involving collaborative learning, learning analytics to support teachers, and blended learning. I was employed as postdoc researcher and lecturer at Utrecht University. My research focused on collaborative learning, teaching, and technology in education. From september 2015 - december 2016, I worked on a review study concerning the effects of teacher support on the effectivity of collaborative learning, granted by the NRO. In 2015 I finished my PhD project titled "Teacher Regulation of Learning in Interaction"​, which focused on the question how teachers regulate students'​ activities in a digital learning environment.My work included:- Managing and implementing the research project- Teaching activities: supervisor of BSc and MSc theses, lecturer in the course 'Education&ICT'​- Member of the VOR Promovendi council and Utrecht's promovendi council (PrOUt), and webmaster for the VOR

  From October 2016 - April 2018, I carried out my Rubicon project at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. The project focused on learning analytics dashboards to support teachers, and investigated which specific design and function dashboards should have to facilitate adaptive teacher support for students.
