Ensure contract values are within units’ budgets.• Centralize and ensure accuracy and integrity of contract management data.• Administer the delivery of preventive/corrective maintenance and of small projects from third-party contractors on McGill’s campuses in accordance with contract requirements.• Establish work requirements for corrective work or small projects, issue POs, release requisitions, and see to work order completion.• In collaboration with supervisors, identify contracted maintenance and small project activities that require multiple trades, shutdowns, and other disruptions to ensure efficient delivery of contracted services and minimal impact to campus users.
