      As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, I led a team of approximately 30 Marines in the Airframes Division of VMFA-122. Our team ensured high quality repairs and maintenance to the airframes and hydraulics systems of the F/A-18 Hornet multirole aircraft. I was also responsible for the professional development of the Marines under my charge including training, certifications, mentoring, and evaluation.
