Further, I managed the marketing budget for each fiscal year and analysed sales, trends and business growth opportunities. Having thoroughly researched and implemented CRM System, I provided training and ongoing support to staff members. In order to drive efficiencies, I developed and introduced an internal communications plan for TAF staff for scheduling appointments.
