      My main responsibility as a Marketing Coordinator was the total rebrand of TAF logo, including rebuilding of the new website and roll out of TAF rebrand project, which I carried out successfully. Further, I managed the marketing budget for each fiscal year and analysed sales, trends and business growth opportunities. Having thoroughly researched and implemented CRM System, I provided training and ongoing support to staff members. In order to drive efficiencies, I developed and introduced an internal communications plan for TAF staff for scheduling appointments. My other tasks included research and preparation of various plans, reports and templates for General Manager as well as executive support to General Manager and management team. Leveraging strong communication and relationship management skills, I provided advice and assistance to external stakeholders.       My duties comprised management of day-to-day activities of the Marketing and Communications Business Unit, coordination and management of sales & distribution of nationally recognised manufacturing Training Products within Vocational Education and Training Industry as well as continuous brand management for MSA. Moreover, I acted as the first point of contact for all media enquiries and regularly produced reports for board papers. Furthermore, I developed and implemented marketing, promotional & continuous improvement plans, managed BTL advertising and end-to-end production of paper and web-based marketing collateral. Some of my key contributions were the development of a SWOT analysis including key stakeholder environment and effective implementation of a continuous improvement plan for products and services.
