      Working as Assistant Manager (Production) in Maple Leaf Cement Factory (Kohinoor Group), Phase-II. The plants 4000 tpd & 6700 tpd for Gray Cement (OPC) have been supplied by FLSmidth in Denmark. The 4000 tpd plant has single string ILC Preheater Kiln with Grate Cooler and the other 6700 tpd plant has double string ILC Preheater Kiln with Cross Bar Cooler.Working as a Shift Engineer.•Managing the following areas of the plant; Crushers Preheater, Kiln and Cooler Storage Area Clinker Storage Raw mills Cement Mill •Raw materials handling and stocks in the shift.•To maintain the Storage Area and to ensure the smooth operation of Bridge Scrapers for Limestone reclaiming and Side Scrapers for clay reclaiming.•To ensure the smooth operation of Raw Mills both for raw material grinding and raw coal grinding. This area contains two raw mills, one has the capacity of 300 tph and the other has 540 tph. Similarly, one coal mill has the capacity of 30 tph and the other has 45 tph. All raw mills are of the type VRM (ATOX).•To take care of the process parameters of both Kilns, one has the capacity of 264 tph and the other has 450 tph. •To ensure the smooth operations of the clinker grinding facilities. Ball mill has the capacity of 190 tph and that of two OK mills, both have capacities 180 tph. •To adjust and Control the Plant Parameters for the improvement of the Production and to save energy consumptions.•Minimize cost of Production with safe, stable and economical Plant Operation by minimizing stoppages of major equipments.•To run Plant on Optimum conditions at rated Capacity to meet Production Targets.•Profitability and cost reductions are prime objectives of my duty.•To suggest necessary rectifications and improvements.To take part in the shutdowns of different areas of the plants.
