      During my time with Paul Pellman law office, I had the opportunity to learn from one of the top three family lawyers in Canada. I assisted Mr. Pellman with researching and allaying law sources to prepare drafts, briefs and affidavits for cases. The position also required me to answer calls, book appointments and schedule meetings for Mr. Pellman. These tasks helped build my multitasking ability and professionalism while meeting high pressure work environment. My daily duty involved assisting customers when they first entered the office as well as handling sensitive client information between lawyers and even accompanied the lawyer to his hearings and court appointments. While working with Paul Pellman, I was able to learn a tremendous amount regarding my position that I was studying at the time and provided me with the experience necessary to be successful in every professional position in the future. Working for Paul Pellman as a law clerk was a vital moment in my life where I gained all the necessary skill-sets to succeed in everything in life. Dealing with such sensitive and traumatic clients while handling legally sensitive transactions and materials provided me with the ability to be confident in future transactions with both employees and clients leading to the success I have had to date.       While working at Rogers Communications I had the opportunity to work in the emergency call center that would assist connecting people with emergency services in the after-hours. This position required me to handle escalation calls and difficult customer issues to resolve these matters in a professional and timely manner. Some of the issues I have encountered during my time with Rogers Communications has assisted in helping me gain the ability to handle high stressful and overwhelming situations which can be directly asserted into any position in the future.Along with these management duties, I also had to review employee and call center performances to ensure company needs were being met monthly. To achieve this we held weekly meetings that would focus on role playing with employees to find better ways to handle complicated calls and assist them in learning to deal with different situations more effectively. A majority of my responsibility revolved around scheduling, performance reviews, training, payroll, board meetings, creating contests and motivating employees on a daily basis. Multitasking between handling customer calls, employee requests, and all while maintaining call renter’s efficiency levels to be on part with company standards during my time at Rogers Communications has provided me with the skill-set to best be suited for any management position in the future.       Working at TD Canada Trust as a customer relations coordinator has many core duties that revolve around both sales and customer service. Daily responsibilities involve meeting with financial advisors to coordinate their schedules with client’s needs, and ensure coverage is available at all times for business needs while providing work life balance to the financial advisors. A large responsibility for my position revolves around assisting both clients and employees with their complaints and needs. To accommodate these needs at times I coordinate with Human Resources and obtain the answers the employees seek as well as assist clients by communicating with management to come up with an efficient and professional outcome. Along with these duties, I also had to ensure the safety deposit box, fraud investigations, branch compliance, mortgage payouts, product knowledge, health and safety, mutual funds and other financial transaction procedures were in accordance to company rules and regulations for auditing purposes.A large portion of my position revolves around assisting the branch with planning events taking budget into consideration. Events revolving around customer appreciation and employee appreciation happen on a monthly basis and require planning to ensure the branch would create legendary customer experience with every transaction. For three years in a row the branch went to champions which as a result of the high level of customer experience at the branch. My position also required me to ensure every transaction with clients was utilized to meet company targets for building their book of business while cross-selling and up-selling products to meet customer needs accordingly.
