Also, I had to brief clients on all aspects of the tours and sites visited in the different cities we are going to around Egypt. I had to deal with all enquires and complaints related to buses, guides, hotel rooms and medical issues instantly and effectively. Finally, I had to maintain detailed accounts of all tour expenses and submit reports after each tour to management, and train new Tour Leaders when arrive to country on traditions, regulations and accompany me for two full tours also.       I took over the role as IELTS Centre Coordinator (Manager) at the University of Surrey after the previous one had to leave in February 2019. I have agreed to manage the centre at the same time of looking after the admin role. I am responsible for about 20 staff members of speaking examiners, invigilators, system administrators and test day supervisor. I arrange rotas for the two exams happening monthly. Secure bookings for venues where exams take place. Look after all logistics related to the IELTS exam like securely store test material after received from Cambridge Assessments, prepare for test days along with confirming assigned examiners, invigilators and admins. Also, I am present on the test days to make sure that activities are running smoothly, securely and all exam stakeholders are doing their roles professionally. Finally, I am responsible for all communication, policy updates and complaints with the Owners of the IELTS exam; The British Council, Cambridge Assessments and IDP Australia. Show less
