Chief Strategist for organization with over 60 facilities and +24,000 employees across state of Texas. Managed team of planners developing mid and long term planning efforts. Managed joint planning working group which served as forum for all strategic level organizational planning efforts. Acting Senior Intelligence Officer for 36 Infantry Division to include seven subordinate brigades. Led planning efforts intended to man, equip, and train the multiple intelligence units and sections within the division. Led plans and operations efforts for brigade sized organization (~1700 employees). Operations managed included those throughout the state of Texas. Managed joint fusion center in Southern Afghanistan that was made up of 127 Soldiers, Airmen, and contractors. Managed the intelligence cycle for the Army Command responsible for four provinces in Southern Afghanistan. Managed staff and planning process for 293 employee sized organization. Planning efforts and operations were focused on manning, equipping, and training an Army intelligence battalion. Served on planning team focused on strategic level planning efforts for organization with 60+ facilities and ~24,000 employees. Managed organization level disaster relief planning. Served on State Drought Council. Embedded with TDEM to rewrite State Hurricane Response Plan Senior intelligence officer for infantry battalion deployed to Western Iraq. Responsible for managing the intelligence cycle for the entire 620 Soldier sized battalion. Served as a Mobilization support team. Managed mobilization readiness events involving hundreds of Soldiers at each event. Tactical intelligence officer during a peacekeeping mission to Kosovo. Managed intelligence cycle. Managed collection team. Served on focused anti-organized crime team. Intelligence officer student Team leader of small team supporting units preparing for mobilizations.
