I conferred with the Unit Commander and First Sergeant to understand unit equipment, supply, and training requirements and procured materials vital to mission / activity success. While having developed programs and secured resources, I established corresponding guidelines and procedures that kept soldier welfare paramount. Additionally, I put in place assessments that provided performance / progress data. To show the value of training, I presented leadership with reports that detailed the readiness status of the unit.• Concentrated on the immediate impact of training as well as programs that had a long-range impact on future military personnel.• Through the execution of special projects, enhanced automated tools that supported operational and training management procedures.• Consistently incorporated new best practices, field input, and elements for the training management doctrine into training plans and information systems.
