  I managed a department focused on the optimization and rationalization of Low Voltage & Medium Voltage switchgears, assembly methods, processes, and factory technology in close cooperation with Engineering, Production, and Quality Control and Testing departments.I led the project Bridge, which aimed to transfer MV GIS business from Germany to the Czech Republic. The scope of the project included market handover, technology transfer, and the complete build-up of factory infrastructure and processes.I was a member of the project New Production & Administration Area – ELDS Brno, which aimed to expand production capacity at the Vídeňská location.
