  Conducted 9 months of research and analysis. Travelled to Peru to investigate the socio-environmental issues, water injustice and everyday risks faced by the urban poor and developed strategies to mitigate the identified risks. Produced a public report and video of the findings.

  Led the Smart Ageing Prize with the Active and Assisted Living Association, and delivered a flagship programme, the Mobility Unlimited Challenge. Show less Worked on numerous UK based and international projects, themes ranging from air quality challenges, an inclusive economy and mental health, agri-data, sustainable aquaculture, the future of food and protein recycling, and urban transport issues. Responsibilities included problem identification and analysis; data collection; creating research databases and evidence to inform design; workshop facilitation, writing research papers, reports and blogs; systems management; admin and coordination; organising events, and liaising with partners and clients. Show less Worked with the Government Innovation Team at Nesta, specifically for the D-Cent project - a Europe-wide project that created digital tools for direct democracy and economic empowerment. Responsibilites largely centred around preparing the final technical and financial report due to the European Comission, and supporting with planning and management of an International Conference in Madrid with an international audience of over 400. Alongside this project, I worked on research pieces, themes including the collaborative economy, digital social innovation, and demand management in relation to public services. Show less
