  I have recently been certified as a Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor and am involved with teaching adults (age 18 and over) mental health first aid to youth ages 12 to 18. Participants can be parents, relatives, youth leaders, teachers, counselors, social workers, coaches, police officers and anyone else interested in learning about this subject.
