The role included the utilisation of outsource companies, in excess of 35 globally located personnel, (Hexaware, Cognizant, Perot, etc.) to provide development services for large scale activities.Responsible for the IT Programme Management element of the migration to a new Transfer Agency environment, for the European business. The products for delivery were: new primary TA engine, new SWIFT/FIX/EMX messaging hub, distribution vendor outsourcing and client web portal. The project initiated in 2006, with a budget in excess of $5m per year for three years. Initial management consisted of construction of ‘model office’ for onshore business, management of development activities required to reconcile and migrate data, resource planning and delivery management from an IT perspective.Responsible for the management of all integration projects (London), utilising Price II methodologies, where related to FSG Europe. Projects included: Personnel Relocation, Hardware Upgrade and Relocation, Data Migration, Business Process Review and Implementation.
