Most of all I learned how to deal with criticism and to question every detail to get the best design possible.   - Instore Rebrand (see link below)- Maintenance and redesign of signage in-store- Creative window advertising- As the sole in-house designer I learned how to prioritize and manage my own work- I learned how to cope under stressful situations working solo- Worked across the brands with both Tower Cafe & Tower Records- Worked directly with worldwide music label clients such as Universal, Sony, PIAS London, and Warner Brothers.

  I was successful in joining the very competitive ICAD Upstart programme in 2014 as an Art Director. Each week for 6 weeks we would be briefed by a different advertising agency and would then have to pitch our creative ideas to them for that brief within a week.
