  Worked in conjunction with Aquaventure waterpark management to successful produce sales of million dollars through liaising with other departments to ensure an effective customer service operation. Was head of training of all on line staff and ensure that they met the brand promise and also developed their growth skills. Interviewing, completing performance based schedule and managing labour. Maintained the safety standards of the facility for both guest and colleagues through proper Inspections, first aid training and responding to any emergency in the water park, beach and pool areas. Supervision of team leaders of assigned duties, planning breaks, auditing and also preparing the weekly schedule. Handling Shift admin by responding to guest emails, ensuring guest satisfaction, responding to guest complains and ensuring a quick recovery service procedure. Worked with the resort maintenance team and project manager to develop maintenance schedule for attractions, slides and rides and procedure for project based event.
