With over 22 years of progressive experience in the FMCG sector, . My career journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of sales strategy, team leadership, and market expansion across both domestic and international landscapes. I have had the privilege of working with some of the most reputed names in the industry, including Coca-Cola, Dabur India Ltd, CavinKare Ltd and Bajaj Consumer Care. My roles have spanned across key regional markets—East, West, and South India—where I consistently delivered high-impact results by driving revenue growth, optimizing distribution networks, and building high-performing teams. Beyond regional responsibilities, I have also contributed at the strategic level through my close involvement as a Steer Co member in Sales Transformation projects alongside global consulting firms such as Bain & Company and PwC. These engagements honed my capabilities in business transformation, go-to-market strategy, and organizational efficiency. In addition to my domestic expertise, I have successfully led international business development initiatives, particularly in Bangladesh, where I played a key role in building brand presence and establishing robust distribution frameworks.
