      After finishing my career I was approached by BBC London to initially commentate on Charlton Athletic matches home and away. This led to co commentating, summarising and guest appearances on football related shows run by the BBC.I regularly commentate on premier league and EFL matches and some of my commentary was used on the Crystal Palace documentary "behind the badge" for NBC. I've been lucky enough to travel for Champions League and Europa cup games as well as English Internationals and football league play off games including the finals. Show less

      I was head coach for the youth team at Brighton and Hove Albion. I was responsible for the education and training of all the scholars at Brighton.My role was to develop 16-18 year old scholars and improve them to a standard that would allow them to gain a professional contract with the football club. 11 of the 15 players gained professional contracts in my two years with the club, of which 5 made professional appearances, Lewis Dunk currently plays in the Premier League and progressed into the England squad, Grant Hall is a regular in the Championship, Jake Caskey plays regularly for Charlton Athletic in League 1 and Mitch Walker has been the regular first team goalkeeper for Dover Athletic/Aldershot in the National Conference.       In my first year as manager we achieved a fourth placed finish and reached the play off final.We won the Kent Senior Cup and broke a club record for most consecutive wins with 9 straight victories, we also equaled the most consecutive clean sheet record with 4. I left the club with the team sat in 3rd place and with a 52% win ratio.I also fielded the youngest player to score for Ebbsfleet and the youngest player to play for Ebbsfleet.My duties included, daily session planning, scouting opposition and individual players, coaching, picking the team, using analysis to improve individuals and their understanding of roles and responsibilities within the team and the man management of staff and players.       After being approached by Lewes with the remit of avoiding relegation I took on the role of manager on an interim basis so the club could re-evaluate its position at the end of the current season.With a 45% win ratio Lewes avoided relegation by 5 points.I resigned from my position as Lewes manager in September as the budget had been reduced by 33 percent during the summer proving difficult to sign the players needed to improve the squad.
