  Represented 16,000+ students in college and district shared governance to advocate for improved deployment of new school-wide technologies to minimize confusion among students. Worked with administration to create an alumni network and push for changes in the counseling department. Planned and led community events to develop a supportive culture. Acted as a liaison between NSLS National Chapter and Inter Club Council of ASIVC to mentor new leaders on campus; Worked with national chapter success manager and guided pathways director IVC to facilitate weekly meetings designed to develop community leaders. Hosted multiple community service events to allow leaders to give back to the community. Reactivated a dormant club with 10 new events bringing people together with Asian crafts, games, movies, and food; showcased diverse culture. Trained board members to manage finances, create promotional material, and listen to feedback to foster a thriving community on campus. Bi-weekly meetings provide a fun relaxed environment to decompress. Congregate students interested in cybersecurity at bi-weekly workshops. Hosted training days to prepare relevant skills prior to competing in competitions. Supported IVC’s Cyber Day where passionate professionals discussed their experiences and answered questions giving students valuable insight into the careers in cybersecurity. Provided student research for members passionate about AI and medicine by partnering with local companies to develop a comprehensive white paper on their products. Acted as liaison with IVC Office of Student Life to complete funding requests; Worked with school administration to fund events to promote student research opportunities. Provided skill development to a community of computer science enthusiasts eager to improve their resumes; Collaborating with other clubs to broaden scope of our impact.
