  Interned at the Digital Fabrication Space at Science Centre Singapore.My job scope consisted of:- Programming microcontrollers such as ATtiny 85 and ATmega328P using Arduino UNO as an in-system programmer (and building duplicates of these circuits)- Writing C++ code for Arduino circuits and running simulations - Operating digital fabrication tools such as 3D printers (Creality Ender 3 S1), laser cutters (Epilog Mini 24), a PCB machine (LPKF E34) and a heat press- Constructing an FPV 5” Apex Drone using Aocoda RC V1.1 flight controller- Filming and editing tutorial videos on how to use digital fabrication tools for future reference by the public Show less Youth Science Ambassador Programme 2021- A youth programme set up in 2019 by Science Centre Singapore to mesh STEM and philanthropy.-- Coded a virtual reality (VR) simulation named Sinteract, to assist migrant workers in overcoming the language barrier they face with locals, as well as make them feel a sense of belonging in Singapore.- Individual scenes were modelled (3D) after local Singapore attractions, English questions were coded into various scenes to be answered in an interactive manner, pre-recorded audio was included in scenes.--Virtually presented about Sinteract via Zoom through YSA's STEM showcase, as well as physically recorded the presentation at Science Centre. Currently, I am a Questa Club Scheme Silver Badge holder. --Ardently puts skills learnt into practice, and is passionate about philanthropy-infused STEM projects and is keen to work on any such projects in the future.   Finalist for FITHackathon

  In November 2021, my team and I advanced on making a biodegradable bioplastic as an alternative to the use of single-use plastics for vacuum formed packaging. With the proposal round receiving over 70 submissions from secondary to tertiary institutions, we got selected along with 9 other teams to hack over 3 days to pitch our solutions to a panel of esteemed judges. We were named as Finalists and received a cash prize of $500.

  Co-Founder of YSE³

  A programme that was set up by the Executive Committee of Youth Science Educators (YSE)@SC, YSE³ (YSE cubed) aims to introduce primary school children to the wonders of science through interactive means with our very own YSEs. 2023 was the programme’s very first iteration, and kickstarted the impact of YSE³, where 30 students learnt about the science behind light and its laws with optical instruments such as kaleidoscopes etc.
