  La Conférence Episcopale Nationale du Cameroun est une organisation d'envergure nationale composée de 26 Diocèses et abritant une dizaine de service/projets œuvrant dans les secteurs de la Santé, l'éducation catholique, la Justice, la Paix, Le dialogue interreligieux, la Communication, le WASH, le développement, la charité, l'œuvre sociale de l'Eglise Catholique au Cameroun.Sous la supervision du Chef de la Cellule des Projets de la CENC et travaillant pour le projet ALLRight (Advancing Local Leadership in the Right Way) de 525 264 USD financé par Catholic Relief Services (CRS), je suis chargé de mettre en place un système Suivi/Evaluation robuste et durable à la CENC, de suivre la conception des projets et des activités de mise en œuvre des projets à la CENC. Depuis mon arrivée, j'ai participé à la rédaction de 3 propositions financées à nos jours (projet CoSMO « Consolidation des systèmes et services pour la gestion des orphelins et des enfants vulnérables » financé par l'USAID à plus de 30 millions USD ; Le projet de dialogue interreligieux financé par MISEREOR à plus de 200 000 Euros et projet Justice et paix financé par la Conférence Episcopale des Etats-Unis à plus de 30 000 USD). Je suis également le point focal Sauvegarde afin de garantir que la CENC soit un environnement de travail sûr où le personnel, les affiliés, les enfants et les adultes vulnérables sont à l'abri de tout préjudice, exploitation et toute forme d'abus. A la CENC, mes responsabilités sont les suivantes :- Mettre en place le manuel/politique SERA pour l'ensemble de l'organisation et assurer sa mise en oeuvre ;- Élaborer le plan SERA pour l'ensemble de l'organisation, y compris le plan de suivi des performances (PMP) à la CENC;- Définir et implémenter la stratégie d'institutionnalisation du Mécanisme de Gestion des Plaintes (FCRM) à la CENC;- Développer une politique de sauvegarde et mettre en place des procédures et des bonnes pratiques pour garantir sa mise en œuvre à la CENC.
