  Throughout the year, I managed social media accounts for the Cytokine Signalling Forum (CSF), an educational website that provides medical education to clinicians around the world. I was involved in creating new, engaging infographics to promote resources such as podcasts and educational courses. I also used Google Analytics to monitor the engagement across services such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ensuring that interactions were increasing. The data were then collected regularly and presented to management on a weekly basis, requiring competency at data collection and using both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. I gained valuable experience working alongside medical writers. I am proud to have played a role in the development of a scientific platform for BioMarin, documenting the results of how gene therapy combats Haemophilia. I was responsible for researching physicians and Haemophilia Treatment Centres across many different countries and presenting this information in a document. This challenging role ensured that I paid meticulous attention to every small detail. Moreover, I had to make certain that each individual document for every country was formulated and presented in the same way, before being combined into the final master document. I was also asked to produce a document with the sole purpose for gaining sponsorship from Quilter International for Stafford Rugby Club. The result of this sponsorship would be an advertisement in the form of large signage positioned next to HS2. It was necessary for me to research Quilter ensuring that their values aligned with that of Stafford Rugby Club. Furthermore, I had to ensure that this information was communicated effectively and clearly, highlighting all that Quilter would gain from this partnership. It was essential that the document was presented in a creative and engaging way, allowing me to develop my skills using Microsoft Word.   I was responsible for developing and presenting an extensive report on key findings and recommendations for the charity Children In Wales. This involved analysing large amounts of data including income, sectors of organisational members and social media campaigns. My key findings led me to recommend that the charity engage in more targeted marketing and create more online training courses as a way of attracting more young people to the charity.
