By driving efficiency and collaboration across four campuses, I play a key role in hiring skilled team members and implementing feedback-driven improvements that resulted in a 23% increase in client count. I provide software solutions like resolving wifi connectivity issues, software installation and troubleshooting, helping clients access the licenses provided by ASU and many more services. I also work closely with Zoom Innovation Lab consultants in helping students create videos and podcasts for their coursework and social media. I directed a promo video for Tech Hub and Zoom Innovation Lab which increased the reach of the services we provide as an organization within and beyond the ASU campuses.   Volunteer Research Aide

  In my role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at the Center for Negative Carbon Emissions, I collaborated with a team to design and analyze Direct Air Capture (DAC) systems. Using Autodesk Inventor and ANSYS FEA, I enhanced the functionality and carbon capture capacity of the systems. Additionally, I modeled air flow through the DAC systems using ANSYS Fluent to improve carbon capture efficiency. I also conducted maintenance and suggested measures to minimize errors for smooth system functioning.
