After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), Kyle joined the design staff at JLP full-time. He was responsible for civil and trackwork engineering design for Class 1 freight rail, Light Rail/Transit, and other railroad agencies. Kyle was also a proficient Proposal Manager of the marketing/sales team at JLP. As a skilled writer, he regularly composed proposals, cost estimates, project schedules, and statements of qualifications for JLP's diverse cross-section of rail clients.
