  During my time as the Manager of the Entrepreneurship Department, I had the opportunity to lead an amazing team focused on two main areas: Fundraising and Entrepreneur Development. This role wasn't just about coordinating programs it was about creating a space where ideas, strategies, and entrepreneurial spirit could truly grow.On the fundraising side, my team and I designed various creative initiatives to fund our organizational programs, from partnering with sponsors to running product sales. On the entrepreneur development side, we focused on building programs that enhance entrepreneurial skills such as workshops, mentoring sessions, and a Business Plan Competition open to both university students and high schoolers.Throughout this leadership journey, I learned a lot about team management, external collaboration, and most importantly how to ignite entrepreneurial passion within a community.
