Setup machine plan and follow up progress. Make a daily production target and time to time follow-up the production system to find and removing the Bottle neck process. Follow up and give instruction to finishing and packing department as schedule of delivery. Making a perfect delivery schedule and follow-up approval and developments also. Discuss about production planning & status with buyers as well as own managements. Handle different types of textile testing including Data color reporting. Raw material testing and discuss with raw yarn suppliers about raw quality. Solve the problems of dyed yarn and also raw yarn as a technical and make decision for claim settlement. Instruct to QC team and follow up product quality and reporting. Follow up dyeing order and order closing and also reporting with graphical presentation.
