Activities and Societies: Residential Business Program, MSU Marketing Association, and MSU Advertising Association I am apart of the Residential Business Program that provides business driven freshman more opportunities to get connected with employer's, whether that is informational meetings with top companies like Shell, Marathon, etc, or allowing you to network with those business to help get your name out their in the business world. On top of being a member of the Residential Business Program, I am also a member of the Michigan State's Marketing Association. This associations meetings bi-weekly on Monday's where during these meetings we bring a member of a top company in to talk about their work in that business how that got where they are today; that includes talking about internships their job offers, how to apply, and what the steps are to achieve those internships and roles with those companies. In Marketing Association, we also go on Fall and Spring trips to different cities in the US to meet and take a tour of a specific company and how they function and go about business. Show less
