  Provided leadership, fiscal management, and supervision of staff for early intervention program. Restored this program in 2001 from negative funding and near failure to staff of 14 and positive cash flow. Led program from a 66% to a 99% in last Ohio Department of Health Audit -- only county to have achieved this to date. Developed Help Me Grow of Warren County Quality Assurance Program (no other HMG program had developed to date). The Quality Assurance Program proved itself. Responsible for all Federal time lines and deadlines. Responsible for all hiring and firing . Responsible for all program planning and policy development.
