   Manage organisation’s compliance with all host country laws and regulations Facilitate new employee recruitment with programme personnel Facilitate conflict management and performance management with supervisory staff Develop and maintain employee communication systems and materials Establish, implement and maintain HR/employee management policies and procedures Develop, implement and coordinate employee orientation and ongoing education/ training to foster positive attitude toward company goals Maintain list of all ACCL staff in host country- accurate, complete and up to date at all times. This includes Master Staff List for TOs and PMO Staff List where deemed appropriate but the database should be unified and expanded to include additional data. Liaise with subcontracted employment agencies for all staff related issues which includes:- Source and facilitate selection of new staff - Check staff credentials- Obtain required documentation for all staff- Disciplinary issues and follow-up- Track overtime- Coordinate payroll- Verify agency invoices prior to payment- Verify that agencies fulfil their obligations to our staff (benefits and salaries paid on time and in correct amount)- Staff terminations and replacements.- Travel Show less
