  I monitored and evaluated the Voice to the People (V2P) project, a UKAID-funded initiative aimed at empowering vulnerable communities to hold their leaders accountable and assert their rights. I ensured that project implementation was in line with the four output areas of V2P, developed M&E tools for each activity as per the plan, produced activity, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports punctually, created activity profiles prior to activity execution, and utilized data visualization tools to effectively convey the project's impact to a wider audience and stakeholders.   Responsible for the implementation of the institutional and programmatic activities of a 4-year, $1.290 million grant to Centre LSD for general support to strengthen an intersectional approach to natural resource governance and core support for institutional strengthening. The grant aims to position Centre LSD as a prime mover for regional policy campaigns and national organizing for improved natural resource governance and reduction of gender-based violence in the extractive sector. The programmatic activities focus on improving the legal and institutional framework for the extractive sector in Nigeria, addressing gender-based violence in the extractive sector, increasing awareness of gender issues in the natural resource governance sector, enhancing the livelihoods of marginalized groups in the mining sector, and improving the uptake and harmonization of mining best practices in West Africa.One of the key intermediate outcomes of this project is the revision of the Ministry of Solid Minerals Development guidelines for the production of community development agreements in the solid mineral sector. As part of this project, I successfully established 12 active networks of male leaders to participate in community advocacy platforms dedicated to preventing and addressing gender-based violence and harmful traditional practices in Lagos and Cross River State.One of the significant outcomes of the project was the abolition of a harmful tradition that involved the use of females to repay debts among the Becheve people of Cross River State. Key actions include mobilizing men and setting up platforms to advocate for gender-equitable norms and prevent EVAW/SGBV/HP/SRHR, strengthening the capacities of identified male champions and other men to become advocates for gender equality and the prevention of EVAW/SGBV/HP/SRHR, and engaging men in the promotion of gender-equitable norms and the prevention of EVAW/SGBV/HP/SRHR in their communities.
