In this study, using a compressor nebulizer to produce a droplet particles and tubularfurnace to dry the particles. The purpose of this study are to determine the formation of ZnO-SiO2 particles by using spray dryer tubular furnace and nebulizer compressor also to determine the concentration composition of ZnO-SiO2 which use different types of solvents, ethanol and aquades. The particle then analyzed using XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and SEM-EDX (Scanning Electron Microscope with Energy Dispersive X-Ray). Show less
